Department of Physiology, Dhaka Community Medical College & Dental Unit is working with sincerity & dignity since its starting. The department is situated in the 1st floor of medical college building with its teachers room, tutorial & practical class room. The lecture gallery is in the 6th floor.
Academic activities:
There are 4 lecture classes per week in both 1st & 2nd year MBBS batches & 2 lecture classes per week in both 1st & 2nd year BDS batches.
Tutorial & practical classes are held everydayby our lecturers in MBBS course & 2 tutorial & practical classes are held per week in each batch in BDS course.
Results:
MBBS Course:
In 1stProfessional MBBS examination of May 2021 held in January 2022, total number of examinee were94, out of them, 75 students passed in Physiology.
In 1stProfessional MBBS (supplementary) examination of November 2021 held in January 2022, out of 12 students, 6 students passed in Physiology.
In 1stProfessional MBBS examination of May 2022 held in May 2022, 34 students passed in Physiology out of 38.
1stProfessional MBBS examination of November 2022 held in November 2022, total number of examinee were 101 in Physiology department.Among them, one examinee was absent, 89 students has passed and 12 students has failed in this exam ( singleexaminee has failed in only physiology).
