Principal is the executive head of the college. He is advised by the Academic Council in academic matters. The college runs on a self-financing and nonprofitable basis. Any financial deficits in college budget is meetup by the Dhaka Community Hospital Trust Fund.
Principal along with the member of the academic council lookafter the manpower management of the educational programs and maintains the academic atmosphere of the college. Class hours – 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. In addition 2 hours clinical teaching in the evening for clinical students.
